Return & Replacement/Exchange Policy

 

Replacement Policy:

 

GRIPP will replace the product at no cost if the wrong item is received.

Raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery.

Replacement orders ship within 72 hours. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Products must be returned in perfect, sellable condition for a replacement. If not, replacement requests will be denied.

 

Conditions for Exchange/Replacement:

  • Only one exchange or replacement per order is allowed.

 

Replacement Window:

  • 7-day replacement policy.

 

Steps to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Email care@technolifeindia.com with the invoice, an image of the item, and the reason for replacement.
  2. GRIPP will not arrange reverse pickup for the returned item.
  3. The exchange/replacement will be processed after receipt and inspection.

 

Inspection:

  • GRIPP reserves the right to inspect the product before processing returns or exchanges.

 

Unavailable Items:

  • If the exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

 

Damages and Issues:

  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon reception.

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain items like screen protectors, tempered glass, adhesive products, and clearance sale products cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable if the product is damaged, incomplete, or the replacement is requested after 7 days.

 

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after inspection. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact care@technolifeindia.com.
